Community Engagement：Co-Creating Circular Business Models through Immersive Digital Learning Environments: A Developmental Research Study IS A pedagogy model that leverage digital learning technologies to facilitate the co-creation of innovative circular business models in business organisations. Grounded in a constructivist learning approach, this study investigates instructional design frameworks for developing immersive, technology-enhanced learning solutions that facilitate the co-creation of innovative circular business models. A learning prototype integrating a Learning Management System (LMS), Virtual Reality (VR) immersive environments, and AI-driven tools has been developed and tested to simulate authentic organisational situations related to the circular economy and performance management. As a practice-based developmental research study, the study aims to advance instructional design frameworks for immersive, sustainability-oriented management education while supporting innovative approaches to entrepreneurial learning and performance management.
