Unlike the Huyixiang Mentoring Programme, coaching is usually shorter, more focused, and tailored to fit the coachee’s schedule. It’s also very results-oriented, making sure participants walk away with clear outcomes they can put into practice right away.

For each coaching programme, Huyixiang connects institutions with experienced learning specialists, recruited on a project-by-project basis, to provide the right expertise at the right time.
