Preparation Guidelines on using Huyixiang（沪羿祥) EduLab before starting your course.
1. Make sure that all learning activities are visible to users and make some activites non visible if necessary
2. To enroll users (non-community members) to the Huyixiang EduLab online platform: send an excell list to info@huyixiang.com.cn containing the individual information of each user: 1 username, 2. email 3. password (for set up only)
3. Send an invitation to users via the forum discussion to login to the platform
4. Ask users to reset their password after first login.
