Community Engagement：MPP V2.0 Learning Prototype is an immersive learning experience using virtual reality-based organisational contexts for learning. The digital technology supporting the learning experience combines both LMS (Moodle) and a VR platforms. The learning environment integrates both synchronous and asynchronous activities supported by both platforms. The learning design is inspired by the Classroom-as-Organisation model of instruction and the Project-based Learning teaching method. MPP V2.0 Learning Prototype adopts an exploratory-type instructional strategy.
Main features of MPP Business Simulation includes:
· creating a virtual social context where learners clearly understand the meaning of learning activities
· embedding multi-level subjective feedback mechanisms on on-going, asynchronous or asynchronous modes and unstructured basis
· allowing learners to relate their experience to real situations encountered at the workplace when working in consultancy
· supporting situated cognition in the learning process through scenarios and intractive tools
