Community Engagement：The Huyi Community is launching a call for interest to join a regional consortium of universities applying for: Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) – Key Action 2v“Building Teachers’ Capacities in Learning Design in Open-Source Integrated Environments” We are seeking partners committed to digital learning innovation to form a robust and effective consortium. Consultation sessions for consortium candidates: between 5 December and 19 December. Deadline for Expression of Interest: 22 December
'Building Teachers’ Capacities in Learning Design in Open-Source Integrated Environments.
This initiative will build a long-term, collaborative ecosystem enabling teachers to design innovative learning experiences using open-source environments.
Through prototyping, community engagement, and a strong EU–ASEAN partnership, the project will foster sustainable digital capacity and contribute to more inclusive, scalable,
and innovative higher education in the region.
(1) Empower participating Asian universities to design, deliver, and sustain digital learning using open-source platforms
(2) Enhance skills in evidence-based learning design, integrating LMS, VR/XR, and AI-supported pedagogical tools.
( 3) Share EU excellence in digital learning innovation and open-source ecosystem development with ASEAN partners.
(4) Develop 3–5 prototypes demonstrating best practices in instructional design and open-source technology integration.
