The paper is based on the experience gained in the course ‘EC320 International Corporate Governance’, which was taught at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Lifelong Learning College summer program for three weeks in June 2025 and July 2025. In this course, students were provided with access to a digital learning platform (Moodle) incorporating an AI chatbot to support learning activities both in the classroom and as homework before and after each session; those learning activities are part of the learning process and largely contribute to the preparation of both an individual coursework assignment and group coursework assignment.  The AI chatbot in integrated into the learning environment support by a Learning Management System (powered by Moodle) via the Microsoft Azure interface in Moodle.
